Project-specific agreements
Project scope, pricing, delivery timelines, intellectual property, revisions, payment terms, and related business terms are governed by the individual client agreement, proposal, statement of work, or invoice applicable to each engagement. If there is any conflict between these general terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that project.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed project agreement, materials, designs, code, and deliverables created for a client project are handled according to the terms agreed for that specific engagement.
