Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Digital service projects involve reserved time, planning, and completed work. Refunds, cancellations, and changes to project scope are handled according to the signed proposal or service agreement for each client engagement.
Deposits and scheduled work
If a deposit or upfront payment is required for a project, the terms for that deposit—including whether it is refundable, partially refundable, or applied to completed work—are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Cancellations
If a client needs to cancel or pause a project, notice requirements, billing for work completed to date, and any fees for reserved time are handled according to the signed agreement for that project.
Completed milestones
Work that has been delivered, approved, or completed under an agreed milestone is generally not eligible for refund unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
